Data Limit for Mobile Data

I have read your issue. It will not break your phone but what it might do is:

•Limited Mobile data

Make sure you have unlimited Mobile data as if you have a limit then it might run out faster or make you pay a bigger bill.

What you need to be aware:

•Mobile Hotspot is slower

While you are installing your games your mobile data on your phone be slow.

•It Will Take Longer

Mobile hotspot is slower than a Internet Router.

That could affect the connection if you have a data limit. I would contact your mobile carrier at this point.

I tried that also, connecting from mobile data, I ensured the mobile data was on in the app but it still hasnt worked.

If your mobile data plan includes the hotspot feature, you can turn on the phone's wi-fi hotspot, and then connect the Xbox to that hotspot as if it were any other wi-fi router. But be aware that most plans have a limit on how much data you can use to tether,
and the Xbox would probably use a lot.

Break your phone? No. Consume your entire data plan? Maybe.

You should double check data rates with your mobile/cellular carrier. 100 GB of mobile data can cost quite a bit in some areas.
