Discus and support Dashboarding 30 sec after logging onto server please help in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; whenever i try to play conan exiles or ark survival evolved my game dashboards to the xbox homescreen i have done a factory reset per the MS help team...     Dashboarding 30 sec after logging onto server please help


    whenever i try to play conan exiles or ark survival evolved my game dashboards to the xbox homescreen i have done a factory reset per the MS help team and they dont have a clue i need expert help please

    Xbox 360 Issue HELP!

    The other day, I was on my Xbox 360 and tried downloading the WWE Network app when my console froze. I restarted the system and logged back into my Xbox Live account and now every time I do log back in, my system freezes on the dashboard. It only does this when I log into my Xbox Live account. If I skip login, I do not have any issues.

    Could someone help me please?!

    Try using a different profile to launch the games and see if they still crash.

    Try launching the game using a different profile and see if they still crash. That will help determine if they problem is caused by your profile or the console. Also check your network settings, the console might be having NAT problems.

    not meaning to necro but I wish I could have found this easier so I'll answer... when this happens log in to a solo game and play for like 30 seconds then try your online server, so far this has worked every time I have this problem

    Hello there!

    Unfortunately these troubleshooting tips didn't worked.

    Not sure, if this helps, but i can log in now, but i won't stay logged in. After 30 sec or so, the system will log me off, with a pop up saying "I need try log in using a controller".

    Unfortunately after this i can't log back, no matter what. The dashboard will act as there is no internet connection, pins,tabs are not loading in. But after checking in the settings, it says the console is connected.

    Also, with my brother we tested if he can log in with my profile on his console. No issues with that.

    Sorry about that issue.

    Please try this :

    > Eject the disc

    > On the Dashboard , press and HOLD 10 sec the powerbutton of the console

    > Wait 30 sec

    > Restart the console

    > Connect to your account

    > Insert the disc
