Dashboard Reminder

Hey,

I have a button thats literally appeared about an hour ago on my dash, telling me I have promotional funds. Awesome. I'll check my account online. Nothing. Hmm, maybes it sonly on the console? Follow the prompt to an item on the store - still nothing. Just
what are these promotional funds? How do I access them?

Can't stayed signed in to Xbox Live

That seems a little complicated.....

What happened was I was suspended from communications for two weeks, during that time I'd get a reminder everytime I started a game or returned to the xbox dashboard. I would get signed out form Xbox Live, then would have to sign back in, when signing back
in a reminder would pop-up about the suspension. The suspension is over however I am still getting signed out and needing to sign back in, no pop-up reminder.

 

Fake gamertags?

Reminds me of a problem that was present when the Metro Dashboard was released. Some users saw their names repeated for everybody that was on a party chat when viewed on the Guide menu.

 

Same issue here, I want to know how much there is dang it!

 

I also would like to know how to use em.

I think its just an advert, however is just worded poorly. I have it also, and have checked my account and can confirm I have no promotional funds sitting there

You can check the balance of your MS account through the MS Commerce website:
commerce.microsoft.com

If you scroll down to "Payment Options" you will see if you have any funds there
