dashboard problem xbox series x !!!!! help

Since the August update, which weighed 1.1 GB, I am having problems with slowdowns, drops in frames, vibrations,
in the main dashboard or main menu, whatever you want to call it and my games and applications also appear in
the application when browsing, you notice a loss of fluidity.
THE GAMES WORK WELL, WHEN PLAYING PROBLEM THERE IS NO
I investigated and it happens to several people but I did not find anyone close to try with your x series

what happens in the console is:
- If the console is without any game running or downloading the dashboard, the animations go like a little slowdowns,
sometimes they are more noticeable, others less
-if a game is running and we go to the dashboard it works super fluid as before updating
- If we restart the console it works fine for a little while and then they appear again.
- I have already restored the factory preserving the games and deletdashing everything and it remains the same
- I already installed the most recent updates by usb and it remains the same
other people did the same and had no improvements

I also notice that when we download a game, the white bar of download progress when it begins to download has a graphical
error and also some present strange sounds on the dashboard that does not happen to me

I can't find a solution! There is no technical support in my country, I don't know what to do !!!!!!!
