    Dashboard laggy


    Xbox one dashboard is laggy,slow and needs a total overhaul. Just moving between the tabs between home and store lags and I don't even use game pass or mixer so why can't I just remove those. Please make some kind of performance
    mode for dashboard where you have less features and better performance or just make it faster for all players.

    laggy dashboard

    For the past 3 months ive been getting a laggy dashboard when my xbox launches or when i return to home and just trying to access games and apps it would take about five mins just to get to my friends list. I have also tried hard resetting my xbox many times
    and it did nothing if possible i would like to know if it is a hardware issue or a wifi issue or a load time issue please get in touch asap.

    Hey there NINJAxPRO567,

    Let's have you try to perform a full
    Factory Reset, but make sure to keep your Games & apps. This will refresh the console fully, but you won't need to reinstall any games or apps. You will need to re-sign into any profiles you had on the console again though. Let us know if that does the
    trick!

    I would also suggest trying a power cycle as it sometimes speeds up the consoles performance.

    I Have tried this many times but the issue is with the os being slow. They need to update it that you don't have to power cycle it every week or so.

    That would actually be a great idea! Similar to the visual settings for a PC. Set for better visuals or better performance!
