Dashboard frequently stops loading tiles

Discus and support Dashboard frequently stops loading tiles in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Constantly having a problem with my dash suddenly deciding it will only show me the main big tile and my pinned tiles below.     Dashboard frequently stops loading tiles


    Constantly having a problem with my dash suddenly deciding it will only show me the main big tile and my pinned tiles below. It does not load any tiles on any of the tabs further to the right. It doesnt load the tiles that normally show whats on offer with
    gold just to the right of the big tile.

    Only fix i have for this is to reset my xbox...i shouldnt have to reset my xbox to load the dashboard properly.

    I read one error about no tiles showing at all if you use a bt hub but...one, some tiles show just not the ones that require internet it seems and two, it happens with virgin hub or bt hub.

    try deleting your profile and then re download it...that sometimes fixes things...

    Logging out fixed it. Any way to stop it from happening without having to do stuff like that? I dont get why it happens.

    Dashboard frequently stops loading tiles

    This is a constant problem for many people. But instead of logging out you can just refresh the home page by pressing both triggers and Y together. Not that you should need to as MS should just fix it.

    I have the same problem but signing out, and even resetting hasn't fixed it. Any other ideas please?

    Did not know triggers and y would refresh. I shall try that out! But yes i agree. It should just get fixed.

    Logging out fixed it. Any way to stop it from happening without having to do stuff like that? I dont get why it happens.
