Dashboard and (mainly) the guide lagging/crashing constantly, including Xbox One X turning...

Hi, there. I get a similar problem too. I've just always thought it was just a bug in the software. What I just do is turn my Xbox off then back on. When the dashboard is constantly loading I just open up the Xbox guide then go My Games, load up a game,
then Xbox Guide again, then Xbox Home. The Dashboard loads back to normal.

I am having the same problems, mainly only with Titanfall. The lag, freeze and crash issue at the beginning of games. Hope it gets fixed soon!

Getting into games isn't the problem. It's the game constantly crashing, the sound turning off, the EMP effect, one shot kill glitch, and on and on.

Go to the xbox dashboard, open the guide, click "x" and change account.

ive called customer support multiple times about a variety of problems. Today, my xbox would not turn on for 20 minutes. Once i gave up, the console randomly turns on 5 minutes later then crashes after loading screen. Constantly lags when im playing games
(ping is 30 and xbox will crash and sign me out). When navigating through any tabs on xbox, it will lag, not register half the buttons i press and much more. To be honest, Im thinking about just going back to the original xbox one because apparently my xbox
one x cannot handle anything especially games. Anyone have any ideas on how to make my console work half way decent (I’ve done multiple resets, clear mac address for ping, etc) I asked for a refund on console but only thing they allow is you sending your console.
I’d rather not send my console i spent $500+ on for 3-4 weeks and get it in same bad condition. Looking for community answers, not xbox support because they never help or have any idea how to fix the problems except send it in.

hey man sounds like you're having the same issues I'm having with my xbox one S. except mine has never taken forever to start up or crash after starting up. but I completely understand the rest of what you described the buttons not registering or lagging
from one page to another on the dashboard. or taking forever to show a screenshot from someone's feed or buffer 5 during a 45 second clip. how about taking a whole day or two to download a game. I was thinking about getting the one x but after seeing that
you're having problems like me, I don't think that I'll be buying anything anytime soon. if you find a solution other than returning your xbox hmu
