Dashboard £50 promotion

I was just wondering about the deal that's on Live at the moment, where you get £5 back if you spend £50 on games etc. The deal states that it runs from 11th to the 25th of March, but I bought something on the morning of the 11th before
the deal appeared on Live, so I just wanted to make sure that that would count towards the deal. Is there any way of checking this?

Thanks for that, TheLostBoy1! Just to clarify, are you talking about the 50,000 Rewards points promotion, or the £50 promotion? They are separate promotions, as 50,000 points doesn't equal £50 when it transfers fully. To help sort them, you should have received
an email about the promotion in your email, while the £50 promotion would have shown up on your Xbox 360.

Didn't recieve my £50 for pre ordering FIFA 15 and XBOX ONE bundle.

You will want to check the terms and conditions for that promotion. As I live in the US, I don't have the access to that promotion on my dash, but for US promotions, they tend to start at Midnight west coast time (Microsoft's local time), so I would expect
that this promotion would start at Midnight your local time.

Hey there, Masscherano! I checked out that thread, and it doesn't seem like you have qualified for the £50 promotional currency. To clarify, it wasn't for preordering, it was for users that received the dashboard promotion on their Xbox 360 and upgraded
to the Xbox One with the same account.

Thanks for the clarification, TheLostBoy1! The email that was sent was specifically for the 50,000 Rewards points. The £50 promotion was sent to users on their Xbox 360 dashboard, and is not related. You will want to post up in our
Rewards Support forums about the 50,000 Rewards points. The Rewards points should be deposited in your account on 11/15/2014 for this promotion, so please hold off on posting until after that date.

Dashboard promotions have a different timetable than the rewards program hecause they are different. 6-8 weeks after the end of the promotion is standard on dashboard promotions.
