    hello a few months ago my friend invited me to the preview program but i never received any message back saying i was accepted or anything so i kinda just forgot about it but recently noticed i could download the "xbox preview dashboard" after clicking
    "join" about 4-5 days ago its been stuck on

    "Thanks for joining!

    Info

    You'll get a service message on your Xbox One soon with more info."

    then it just has the exit button

    i havnt recieved any service message or have access to the preview forums it says "this group doesn't exist" or something along those lines

    i could really use some help here as i would love to help the Xbox community and Microsoft develop new features so i can give feedback on them
