Dark Souls Preorder Code

I preordered Dark Souls Three Deluxe Edition a little over 2 weeks ago, I was reading online that I should have gotten a code within 7-10 business days for Dark Souls through the message center. I checked my messages and have been for a couple days now and
all I found was an expired code for the Gigantic beta (which I still want into ;P) and a NSFW message from someone I crushed on Halo. So the next day I called Xbox Support on my lunch break talked to a really nice support agent named Chris (you the man Chris)
and he suggested that I post this on the promotions forum. Being reassured I'd be able to have the issue sorted out I now come to you asking... Where's my code at?

Also I already purchased the game digitally a few months back on the 360 when it was free with the Games With Gold promotion. Now, Dark Souls is purchased as far as I'm concerned so this doesn't bother me that much, all I gain is a code to hold over my friend's
heads. As I'll be able to download it either with or without the code when it becomes officially backwards compatible. But I really don't like missing something I paid for and would like to have a code soon or at least an update as to Dark Souls' "backwardification."

Dark Souls 1 Code Missing

I purchased my Dark Souls 3 preorder on Feb 18th, 2016 and have not yet received my Dark Souls 1 code, now 11 business days later.

 

Still No Dark Souls 1 Code

I as well have still not received my Dark Souls code after my preorder

 

I got my code one week after I pre-ordered it. It will probably be backwards compatible on the day of dark souls 3 release ( or a few days before). I'm just a xbox user not a professional.

 

Unfortunately several of us are 10+ days behind and not getting our codes. I am still waiting on mine too so I feel your pain
