    Dark Souls Pre-Order Bonus Download Code not Received


    Hello. I was told to post here by the Xbox account support team. I Pre-Ordered a copy of Dark Souls 3 on April 9th, 2016. As a bonus I should have received a code to download Dark Souls 1 from Xbox Live. I have never received that code. Any help would be
    appreciated. Thank you.

    I have pre-ordered, and installed Dark Souls 3 on my Xbox One. I pre-ordered this last Tuesday and have NOT received my code for the Dark Souls download for the Xbox One. It's been well over 7-10 days since my pre-order was placed. Any help?
