Dark Souls III Promo Code for Dark Souls is incomplete

I bough Dark Souls 3, inside their is a promo code for Dark Souls. The code for it is incomplete (22 out of 25 digits). May i get help in figuring out on how to resolve on this issue. I already contacted Microsoft support and i was told to come here
since Ron said "Specialist via a dedicated forum channel. I will give you the direct link. Concerns like damaged codes for bonus contents, missing digits, delayed codes, etc.". Thank you to anyone in advance who is able to help me out.

Dark Souls Promo Code

Hi.

I pre-ordered Dark Souls III Deluxe on 2016/02/12 and did not receive the promo code for Dark Souls (xbox 360).

I don't know if this is time to worry already.

I bought dark souls 3 Physical copy and received an incomplete redeem code for dark souls one.

@DENAz666, that is either a blatant lie, or you need to check your sources.

1.) The link you provided is broken.

2.) It does not say get Dark Souls on 360, nor does it say playable on the One "at a later date."

Not sure who exactly is at fault here, but it needs to be made known, and an apology needs to be made. Many people were wrongly encouraged to pre-order this game, and this is not right. Fix it.
