Dark Souls Download w/ Dark Souls 3 Preorder

I recently pre-ordered Dark Souls 3, solely for getting the copy of Dark Souls. It said it would take 7-10 days to receive, and its eight now - wondering if this thing is in the pipeline or not. I chatted with Microsoft support and the person told me, seemed
a bit confused, but that it would actually not come to me until Dark Souls 3's release date in April. Which would be totally pointless, cause then I'll be playing the new game.

Just wondering when and how I will recieve Dark Souls via this promotion.

Dark Souls Code not received

I pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 with promotion for the free backwards compatible Dark Souls. Dark Souls 3 is great but have not received code to download Dark Souls.

Dark Souls 1 Code Missing

I purchased my Dark Souls 3 preorder on Feb 18th, 2016 and have not yet received my Dark Souls 1 code, now 11 business days later.

Since promotion kicked off pretty recently, it may take an extra bit of time after you pre-ordered Dark Souls III. The first wave has not gone out yet, but if you've already pre-ordered before the official announcement, you should be included in one of the
first batches.

We don't have an exact ETA, but please make a new post if you don't receive your codes by the end of Monday, 2/29/16.
