Dark Souls 3 Promotion - Dark Souls 1 Key Not Received

its been over 10 days and 10 business days and I have yet to receive my dark souls 1 code as advertised on the Dark souls 3 Deluxe edition preorder. ive been looking around the forum ive been directed to by support and I see others are having this problem.
I paid about $87 just for this Dark souls code on xbox one and I have yet to receive it past its due date. please contact me about this problem. I'm not very happy about this false advertisement.

 

I've also been onto support due to not receiving my code. I was told to raise it on the forum

 

It's been over two weeks now ( 7 to 10 business days) and I've yet to receive my dark souls one code.

I would appreciate a reply this time and not a removal of my post.

 

Hi guys, I've still not received my promised code for Dark Souls after pre ordering Dark Souls 3. I've contacted support already and they told me to raise a post on this forum.

 

I preordered dark souls 3 on tuesday 16th of feb, after speaking to an xbox live rep, I wasnt instructed that I would receive the code by Tuesday 1st of march, I still havent received the code, spoke to another online assistant who instructed me to post
here, please advise
