According to Xbox Support, my brother purchased the game on February 21st, and myself on the 22nd. Well, it's been 10 days, 11 in his case and we still ahven't got our codes. Looking for a moderator to help send me those codes, please.

 

Ah, you too? I'm on Support right now. MY brother and I haven't got our codes either even though it's been the amount of days needed. They're saying that it's not been business days and it's a promotional offer so we have to wait. How is that fair? Didn't
we spend the money for that code, too?

 

Right!!! from everything I'm hearing they're having delays on sending the code so I only posted again because my first one got removed for some reason but I hear they're supposed to be out by Friday and if they're not post again....-___- When I found
out a bunch of this last week I tried getting a refund but they made it next to impossible to find your own order code and when I called them they hung up on me twice in the middle of being on hold and in the middle of a conversation and I wasn't even being
rude.

 

Yeah, now people are having issues with codes for Siege and many other games. This is getting ridiculous. Microsoft is losing a LOT of stigma with these problems and it's really starting to *** me off. I just talked to another support guy and he said I
have no choice but to wait and I basically told him to *** off. I paid $180 for this game and now I have to ajck off into thin air and wait for these supposed specialists to get their *** together. I bet right now they're all having a *** grand ball of ignorance
and laughing at us right now.

 

Im having the same issues. The only reason i pre-ordered was to get access to DS 1 while i wait on other games to come out. I would much rather waited until the game came out and read reviews first. If they cant provide what was promised i feel we should
get our money back

 

Exactly I'm pretty sure that's why 75% of people preordered that way

 

I pre ordered dark souls 3 over 2 weeks ago from the xbox store digitally and I have still not received my digital code for dark souls 1.

 

I haven't received my code and its been longer than the stated 7-10 days.
