Dark Souls 3 Promotion - Dark Souls 1 Key Not Received

I also haven't recieved my DS1 code - I ordered DS3 on 2/21

 

I preordered dark souls 3 the 17th of February the one that comes with the dark souls 1 code on the Microsoft store through the xbox one and I've not got the code for dark souls 1 yet.

 

I also have not received my download code for DS1. Pre-ordered the deluxe edition of DS3 on 2/16. Would like to know the eta of the code, please. Really like this game and was looking forward to receiving my code in the 7-10 days advertised. Thanks.

I pre-ordered Dark souls 3 digitally on xbox one on Feb. 17, 2016. I have yet to receive my Dark Souls 1 code for the promotion that allegedly is to be sent to me 7-10 days after.

Hi my gamertag is and I was told to make a post here concerning my issue that I am having. I preordered Dark Souls 3 because it said that I would get a code within 7-10 days of purchase for Dark Souls for the 360 which is to be backwards compatible
on the XBOX One. It's been over 10 days since I purchased it and I have not received a code yet.

Any information regarding this would be greatly appreciated. By the way like I said I preordered the digital version of Dark Souls 3 on the XBOX One because of the code for the original Dark Souls. Prior to this I had it preordered from Amazon for 20% off
the MSRP.

 

Hello, I've looked online and many others are having the same issue I am. I pre-ordered dark souls 3 while they were promoting a free dark souls 1 code for backwards compatability, stating "it will be sent 7 to 10 days after preordering". I have waited the
alloted time (even business days) and have still received nothing.

I undersrand that the game is not currently available for BC yet. But to me that seems irrelevant. Just curious to know if there is any answers to when we should receive the codes or if they're even being sent yet.

They really dropped the ball here. It sucks. I feel like we should all start a code support group

 

Hi my name is Curtis Mayes, I preordered Dark Souls 3 Deluxe Edition on February 16, and i have not received the stated pre-order bonus of Dark Souls on my message center yet. I contacted Raine from support @ 11:43pm EST. Through your website. They told
me I should have received the code but i have not and to send you this message about my issue so you could look into it.

I had issues contacting the support center on my Account so I used my roommates to talk with her but that's a whole other issue i really dont care about right now.
