dark souls 3 preorder

hello, I purchased the dark souls 3 preorder bundle on 02/18. this bundle comes with a season pass, and a code for the original dark souls game. it said in the description i would receive the code within 7-10 days of the purchase date and that did not happen.
i posted a forum with my issue on 02/29, 11days after my purchase and i was told codes weren't sent out yet (false advertisement) and to make another post by 03/04 so here i am with no game code on the present date. please help me resolve this issue without
alonger wait time, thank you.

Dark Souls 1 Code Missing

I purchased my Dark Souls 3 preorder on Feb 18th, 2016 and have not yet received my Dark Souls 1 code, now 11 business days later.

 

I purchased dark souls 3 haven't received code

purchased dark souls 3 on February 19 and still Haven't recieved my code for dark souls 1 I hope that by posting here I will recieve it or I'll cancel my preorder

 

I had a thread going for this. They locked it. They sent out codes, but they don't do anything. They say when the game is available you will be able to download it but the game STILL isn't available. It seems like they are trying to brush this under the
rug.

 

The ad on the website and the ad on the console are different.

You guys made a very big mistake and it's making everyone very upset.

Your website and console information description of Dark Souls 3 are different and is causing confusion.

Here is the YouTube video I recorded with the consoles description of Dark Souls 3 which states after 7-10 days you can play the game. It's still false advertisement even if it was a mistake.

I'm fairly certain there is enough evidence to surmise this bundle as false advertising and I will ensure this is escalated if I am not allowed the option to cancel my order for refund

only reason i bought is was because i was lead to believe that i could play it 7-10 days after purchase. otherwise i already have it, and could have just waited for the backcompat..
