Dark Souls 3 + Dark Souls 1 XboxOne BC

Copy and pasted this from another thread that was marked as "answered" but clearly isnt...

I pre-ordered DS3 from the microsoft store with a promise stating a playable download key

would be provided for DS1 via backwards compatibility 10-12 days after ordering.

My order was placed Feb 20th. Its now March 7 and I still haven't received a key.

Misses Quinzel, Is that an official response? Because you posted that on the 27th...10 days ago!

anything new on this? By the way, I sent you a private message regarding this too...I got no response.

I think I was polite in that message but I'm getting frustrated now along with everyone else.

Can we PLEASE get some kind of an update? A little transparency wouldn't hurt..

As it stands now, don't be surprised when you see fewer people pre-ordering games that promise anything extra.

I know I wont be again...
