    I have pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 and needless to say I am pretty hyped. I pre-ordered the first day it was available but I have not received the code to play Dark Souls 1 on my Xbox One yet. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem like I have. I have
    also been told that I may not get the code until AFTER Dark Souls 3 is released. If that is true then what is the point for the promotion? I'm not going to play Dark Souls if I can play the third one, you know? Regardless, I would really appreciate feed from
    anyone who has information regarding this topic. Thanks for the time and have a good day.

    actually i am having the same problem. the reason being is because the game is not backwards comp yet. once it does become available a code will be sent

    Also isn't that faulty advertisement? The exact wording is, "For a limited time, purchase a digital pre-order of the DARK SOULS III Deluxe Edition on the Xbox One Store and get Dark Souls playable on Xbox One. The Code for Dark Souls will be delivered to
    your Xbox message center in 7-10 days." I mean that would suggest 7-10 days after I pre-order not 7-10 days after the game becomes backwards compatible? Sadness in my heart...
