DARK SOULS 1 CODE RANT

They already gave out codes to some people. I still haven't received my code and I've been posting since the 29th. Microsoft console description on Dark Souls 3 states if you pre order Dark Souls 3 digitally for a limited time you'll get a code of dark
souls 1 within 7-10 days playable on the Xbox one. You false advertised for more sales. The first thing you lied about was getting the code within 7-10 days. It's been over 2 weeks and we still haven't received our codes. The second thing you lied about was
the Dark Souls 1 code. When some players finally got their code it said they had to wait until Dark Souls 1 was available through backwards compatability. In the description it doesn't say you have to wait for it to playable on xbox one or that you'll get
your code weeks later. False advertisement at its finest. You guys won't even address the situation officially. Then, the customer service we got was absolutely terrible, except a few of them. They hung up the phone because they couldn't find a answer, gave
out different answers to everybody, dodged our questions and gave us a stupid response, and they continued to give is different dates to expect the Dark Souls 1 code. Microsoft is proving once again why Sony is better.

I bought dark souls 3 and never received my code for dark souls 1.

 

Still nothing for me either. Talked to support, they say its From Software's issue.

 

I want to add to your rant with Ive been waiting since the 18th Feb I have had 6 threads locked with no answers at all been hung up twice while trying to get a refund for this crap I'd have got the £96 collectors if I knew ds1 wouldn't be here still dark
souls 1 is my favourite game ever and to go through this to get it on the Xbox one is ruining it for me and everyone else Microsoft you have been useless regarding this hurry up and fix this and admit globally u falsely advertised this knowing we wouldn't
get the service/products we paid/ continue to pay for
