Dark Souls 1 code missing

Im growing extremely tired of the extreme lack of customer service. I keep getting sent back and forth to chase up something i was told i would receive in 7-10 days. I pre-ordered on the 17th of feb and i haven't even got an answer to where my code is. Can
someone help or should i just cancel my pre-order. My case number is [mod removed].

 

i pre-orderd the game as well and have not received the code.

 

I preordered dark souls 3 deluxe edition on February 17th and have still not received my code for a free copy of dark souls as advertised on the Xbox online store

 

I just got an email to the thread I opened a couple days ago no answer it stated your thread was deleted by a moderator well here is a copy and paste of my message So im in the same boat as everyone else here after waiting my 10 day still no dark souls code
wich takes the *** as i only pre orderd it to play drk souls in the build up i had been playstation til the console and xbox your letting yourselves and you customers down fix up and stop lying to us or running us round in useless *** circles give us our codes
and some money back in our wallets for the crap u have pulled.. I want what was paid for I am () this close to selling my Xbox and getting a ps4 Microsoft you have let us all down this is my first and I think safe to say last Xbox thanks for nothing Microsoft

seems i am in the same bandwagon ordered deluxe 21st of feb yet to receive a code has anyone above had any developments i just wannnna play it

that 24 hours would receive the code and nothing ta slutty this.

 

Still no code going on at least 16 days. I stopped counting. I still get emails from customer support saying they will investigate it. Then a few days later "has my issue been resolved response"....no still no code, issue not resolved. Yet nothing can
be done except the good ol wait.....

 

I haven't recived my dark souls 1 code yet and it's been over 10 days

I also have not received the code. It's been 12 days not 7-10 days.

 

Please don't reply to us that you understand our frustration when you clearly don't. I took a vacation off work to play this game and I didn't receive a code along with other players. I'm a hardcore gamer who spends the majority of my time playing
Xbox. 10 days go by with no code and you guys still have us waiting. How do I know if the code will be delivered to my message center tomorrow? You guys are telling everybody different stuff. For Example, the code will be delivered within 7-10 days. Second,
you'll get your code after Dark Souls 3 comes out. Third, try contacting bandai namco. Fourth, please wait until March 4th. Please get it together Microsoft because this is unacceptable. I pre ordered Dark Souls 3 deluxe edition digitally and waited 10 days
and haven't got a code for Dark Souls 1.
