Dark Souls 1 code missing

I also have not received the code I have been waiting for. I contacted xbox live two timeS and the only support I have received is go to this forum.

Code missing three digits

The Dark Souls download code i got with Dark Souls 3 seems to be missing the final three characters of the 25-digit code.

 

Same situation for me. Honestly, all I really want is an accurate timeline. My frustration comes from an expectation being set and then let down with no real information. If it will take longer as unhappy as that makes me Id be more willing to accept
it if there was some reasoning given or a timeframe.

 

I ordered mine on the 17th, and much like you and many others, I haven't gotten my code yet. There doesn't seem to be a real answer. Xbox support seems as clueless as we are about this. I was even told that the 7-10 days was from the release date of Dark
Souls 3...witch is pointless and total BS if that's true. Anyway, hope your code (and everyone else's) comes soon. Cheers.

 

First I heard of there being delays was march 25th, 7 days after I perchased. On the 28th it was the last chance they had to get me the code on time, I read some forums and found out people would get it on the 29th. Ok that's fine, I look for the code
several times that day and after midnight I checked the forums again and someone said march 1st. You can see where this is going...

 

Everywhere I look online, advertisements claim 7-10 days after purchase, purchase was made on the 18th and still no code for Dark Souls 1 on the xbox one. I've read other forums and aparently this is a problem for everyone who made the preorder. I've been
itching to play the first game more and more after getting into dark souls 2 again only to find hex buffed katana users lightrolling in Havels gear In half the pvp games I join.

I am having the same problem, I think I ordered mine on the 18th and still haven't received any codes of update of when I will receive it.

 

I pre ordered dark souls 3 on February 17th. I am aware that pre ordering this game digitally came with a code for the dark souls backwards compatible game. It has been thirteen days and still no code.

 

Preorder dark souls 3 two weeks ago and I still haven't received my code for the first dark souls I read somewhere that we're supposed to post here so I'm posting. Any word on when we will receive these.

 

I'm currently having the same problem, bought it twelve days ago, no code or update on when I will receive it.

 

please message me if there is an update on this, I pre ordered for the same reason, and was thinking about cancelling as well.

 

I pre-ordered DS3 on Wednesday 17th February. It has currently been 10 working days since I ordered, and after speaking to several assistants online and over the phone, I grow tired of all the excuses being thrown at me. Excuses like I am not eligible for
the DS code, to i will receive the code 7-10 days after the release of DS3. Will I receive my code soon or can I request a refund for the preorder, as I literally pre-ordered for the copy of DS, as I can buy a copy of DS3 from my workplace for £37.80 rather
than the £50 you have charged me. Please reply soon as I'm growing tired and irrate.
