Dark Souls 1 code missing

Hello. I pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 on the 18th and I have yet to receive the code. I was told by chat support that I should post a thread in the forums since they were not responsible for sending out game codes. Is there any eta on when we will get
our codes? Thanks for the help in advance.

I purchased Dark Souls 3 on the 17th and thought I would get a code within 7-10 days. Was hoping for some clarification.

 

Same here man. I still haven't received my code either. They don't even know themselves when the code will be out. They're telling everybody different things. First, it was wait 7-10 days. Second, wait until Dark Souls 3 releases. Third, contact bandai namco.
Fourth, you'll get your code on March 1st. Fifth, you'll get your code on March 2nd. Sixth, wait until March 4th. I wonder what's next? Wait until March 24th to get your code?

Unless you are the person responsible for the promotions or the one responsible for not sending out notification of changes in regards to delivery of the Dark Souls code, don't take this personally.

As with many, I haven't received my promotional code. My pre-order was placed on the 16th so obviously the 7-10 days have passed. I have reached out to @Xboxsupport, @XBoX, and even @XboxP3 in the hopes of getting some sort of a response. I had to call Xbox
support twice to finally have light shed on when I can expect my code, and they directed me to you.

I'm supposed to leave a post here and await a response "guaranteeing" the code will be delivered by the 4th. That's what Xbox support tells me anyway. From a post they saw here. I couldn't find that post, so please still respond so I can verify.

Unless "giant screw up and long lost twin brother to Martin Shkreli", Don Mattrick was put in charge of promotions, there not even being a single response or email sent out about the delay is simply disappointing and unacceptable.

Also, thanks for reading all of this. I'm not disappointed with YOU personally. Unless you're in charge of promotions...

Hi, I have purchased the preorder deluxe of dark souls 3 on February 17 th but I have not received the promised code in the promotion of the first game yet

 

I was told to post here. My pre-order was placed on February 16th, 11 business days ago. I was told that codes are being sent out, and I just need to post here. Thank you for your time.

 

I also have not received the code. It's been 13 days not 7-10 days. At least give us a reason why.
