    Hi!

    As several other posts on the forum i pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 and have yet to receive the code for Dark Souls 1.

    I pre-ordered on the 21 of februari. When i contacted Xbox Chat Support they directed me to this forum and told me to make a post here.

    The ticketnumber is [mod removed]

    Can someone help me with this problem?

    On reddit there are several people saying they received the code on march 4th. So codes have been going out.
