I'm aware dark soul 3 pre orders Come with a copy of dark souls one and they take 7-10 days to arrive but I yet still anticipate my code when will the next batch of codes be released? I've pre-orderd about more than a week ago

I bought Dark Souls 3 from the store, and I was message the code for Dark Souls One for Xbox One, without knowing I deleted the message by mistake. Now I need a new code for Dark Souls One.

bought Dark souls 3 digitally and neever received DARK souls 1 DOWNLOAD code....how does one obtain such code?

 

Hi I'm pre-ordering Dark Souls 3 to and am waiting for my code. I bought Dark Souls 3 on the fourth of April so it should either come 11th or 15th. I'm going to California for like a week and I wanted to play it a little before. I don't really understand
the whole process..

Where did you purchase Dark Souls? If you purchased from the Xbox Store, please send me a private message with a link to a screenshot of the purchase from the Microsoft Commerce page.
You can use OneDrive or any other popular image hosting website to send that screenshot!

Also, have you changed your Xbox Live region recently? That will help us as well.
