Damaged code for gift card

I purchase a gift card worth 30 and it gave me 3 codes each $10 but I damage two of them what can I do

How do I proof of purchase, the serial number and a picture of damaged code on Xbox gift card?

If the place where you purchased them wont help,which they probably wont,then your only option is to try & guess the missing digits.

You can try to guess the full code

“ If the code was damaged, scratched, or warped in some way you may not be seeing the correct characters. Codes shouldn't contain the following characters: A, E, I, O, U, L, S, 0, 1, 5.”

If that doesn’t work, you may need to talk with the store and see if they can give you a new one / exchange the damaged card without the receipt
