    a lot of fed up users are posting, that the daily jigsaw still doesn't work. Why are you not able to fix this Problem???

    Microsoft Jigsaw Still Doesn't Work!

    After several Windows 10 updates, the Jigsaw App still does not work. It never loads, just sits at splash screen. Will this issue ever be addressed? Quite frustrating. Only have this issue on my Desktop machine. App loads on Surface Pro 3 with no problem.

    The same thing happened to me on 31st December - no more daily challenges. They start to load (seemlingly) then it just switches off Jigsaw altogether!

    Jigsaw collections work as usual, but not Daily Challenges.

    Hello, this has been an ongoing issue which I am sure you are aware of as is MIcrosoft/Xbox support staff. They have continually tried to address it and still do i am sure. best thing you can do is submit bug reports at support.xbox.com

    The daily rewards are all working. I'll try giving a suggestion a shot and see how that goes.

    Is it also true that Microsoft Jigsaw doesn't give a PERFECT denotation when a user completes every challenge in a month?
