    Hi,

    For the last week or so my daily console gaming hasn't registered a punch on the card. I waited to see if reset this week but still has not been resolved.

    Any advice or is this a known issue already?

    Hello!

    Hope you are well. I'll be glad to assist you.

    I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

    Please try the following steps:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

    Remove your account from the console (You need to have your email address handy so that you can log in later).

    2. Press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

    3. Unplug the power cord from the back of your Xbox.

    4. Wait a minute, and then plug the power cord back in.

    5. Press the Power button on your Xbox to turn it back on.

    6. Log in to your account again.

    Hello. if they are microsoft rewards, as they complete the monthly missions that come out in the app or on the console, related to the gamepass, and doing the daily missions of visiting the store in the proposed movies and games

    This also seems to be affecting game pass rewards which means no daily/weekly/monthly rewards points if goes on for long.

    Xbox rewards stuck

    The issue is a little more than just the +5 reward its also your daily completion status. Because of the issue right now I have lost +10 daily rewards AND 2 days of daily completions. Does that make sense?

    Game pass quests

    Go into your profile and check under the tab that has your achievements listed. It is located on the left side. Pick the bottom option to see what the Game Pass Quests are for daily, weekly and monthly quests. Additionally if you have the console rewards
    app, you can find them at the bottom of the page next to the PC, mobile and Edge daily set. Happy gaming!
