Daily Challenges

I am writing to ask you about the Microsoft Challenges that are played every other day and are times to see where you end up in the finished challenges. I have been keeping track of my time when I sign out and when I sign back in to finish the challenges.
The timer is totally wrong when compared to the time I sign back in until I finish the games.

Tonight, I signed in and my time up to that point was 2 hours, 12 minutes and some odd seconds. I had one challenge to finish and when I did, it was the last one for this session. It took me 11 minutes and 10 seconds, and I had completed all challenges.
When I looked at my total time it had gone from the time I signed in at a little over 2 hours and the total time had gone to over 11 hours and this hasn't been the first time it has happened.

It upsets me when I finished the challenges and see my time jump to such an unbelievable finish time. My time tonight should have been 2 hours, 22 minutes and whatever seconds. I love playing these games and have played them every since they came out. It's
upsetting to see that I'm not given the correct time from finishing and so many hours have been added on.

What can I do to make sure this doesn't keep happening?????

sudoku keeps looping back to start

When I try to play daily challenges sudoku, it goes back to daily challenge start screen. I click sudoku goes to sudoku click daily challenges and it goes back to microsoft daily challenges.

 

Click Fraud

Daily challenges are click fraud. All other Microsoft games only present an advertisement once for all of the daily challenges. Tattles force you to view an advertisement for every daily challenge. That's five views of the same advertisement for one set
of daily challenges. What makes it worse is that I can complete many of the daily challenges in less time than it takes to view the advertisement.

Do you mean Daily Challenges in our Microsoft Casual Games? I recommend taking this issue to the Microsoft Casual Games Community. There you should be able to get more
information regarding the requirements and regulations towards your daily challenges.

I mean the Microsoft Events games that are played every other day. I just didn't reread my post before posting.

I played yesterday's (10/11/18) game and had to sign out before I had finished the last challenge. When I sign out like that I always look to see how my time is and it was at 2 hours 12 minutes and some odd seconds. When I had signed in again the time was
the same, but when I finished the one challenge (which took 11 minutes and some odd seconds) the total time had gone from the 2 hour mark to 11 hours 22 minutes and whatever seconds. I was very upset because I was in the top 25 when I was at the 2 hour mark.

This has not been the first time it has happened and I get upset when I was doing so well and then to have the time go up that many hours.

I would love to know if there is anything I can do to fix the timer so it shows the same as when I finished the games.
