    Daily Challenges won't load - Month TWO


    I have been unable to play any daily challenges since May 1st, 2017. They just say "downloading", but never load. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and have reset my Microsoft Store cache, but it does not help. I am not having this
    trouble with Solitaire, Minesweeper or Sudoku (MS games). I paid for Jigsaw Premium and I cannot use it! I have tried contacting Microsoft support via phone, and after 2 hours of remote access they were unable to provide a solution to my problem, or even
    to find a reason for it. I am running Windows 10 x64 (latest version) on a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 with i5 processor, 128Gb SSD and 4Gb RAM. HELP!

    Daily Challenge won't load

    The daily challenge in Crosswords won't load(problem loading Daily Challenge data). Please Help.

    Problem with today daily challenge crossword in Ultimate Word Games

    Hello,

    I've a problem to load the latest crossword of the daily challenge in Ultimate Word Games. The message is "Error There was a problem loading Daily Challenge data...".

    Without this solved, it won't be possible to obtain a perfect this month.

    Does someone know more about this, thanks.

    Sorry to say that once the month is over, the Daily Challenges from that month are archived and are no longer available and the new month's Daily Challenges are then loaded in.

    Mahjong Daily Challenges Problem loading a game

    I tried these two Daily Challenges on my laptop running windows 8. There they run "loading" f-o-r-e-v-e-r but never get loaded. No problems with the other Mahjong Daily Challenges. If this isn't fixed, it may prevent me from getting a gold medal this
    month and I would not be happy about that.

    Problem loading daily challenge data for Crossword

    I am also getting the Error message ---> There was a problem loading Daily Challenge Data.

    I get it when I load the Crossword Daily Challenge. I never had this problem before now.

    Also the Crosswords section in the main area also won't update to the next month April 2018.

    What is going on with the Crossword parts? :-(

    Jigsaw does not load

    This is my favorite game. Do daily challenges daily. It's always been slow to download the closer I get to the end of the month. For the last two days it won't download so I can play. Not happy
