Daily challenge lock breaker not opening

Discus and support Daily challenge lock breaker not opening in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I cannot get the daily challenge lock breaker for the 1st Jan to open.     Daily challenge lock breaker not opening


    I cannot get the daily challenge lock breaker for the 1st Jan to open. It keeps going back to the start. Any suggestions please?

    The Lock Breaker challenge will not download. This is for the Aug. 9th daily challenge. Suggestions?

    First off, let me say Thanks for fixing Bingo! BUT, now lock beaker in Jigsaw won't load.

    Lock breaker in daily challenge won't load in. Both other challenges are fine, but lock breaker hangs up about 1/8th of the way loading and throws me out of Jigsaw completely. Any fix?

    daily challenge does not fully load.

    The first challenge "Lock Breaker" for August 1st doesn't open. All the other challenges open except that one. It uploads for a few seconds, then completely shuts down. I do the challenges every day. Once I have completed all the challenges, I go back and
    try to do the Lock Breaker for August 1st. It does the same thing. So far none of the other challenges have had problems.

    You may need to submit a ticket to the game support in this matter in that way they can immediately check what is causing the issue as well as deploy an immediate fix.

    Please make sure you have the latest version of the game installed. From the Start menu, type Windows Update, and click "Check for Updates'

    Following my earlier posting we tried with a third laptop last night and had the same error. We then went through all the suggested fixes but the error still occurs.

    This morning the problem is still there and seeing all the other postings reporting the same problem I assume we will have to wait for a fix.
