DA inquisition files all gone

All my saves for da inquisition are gone For every single character I had. My saves and the auto saves Gone. But my achievements are still there and the data for multiplayer is still there. Is there a way to get my saves off the cloud Or restore them somehow?

A game you thought was going to be really good, but is crap.

To be honest, Dragon Age Inquisition was this for me. I love the DA games, but Inquisition just flopped. I had no connection with any of the new characters, the Inquisitor's "personality" was about as interesting as a plywood board, the mind-numbingly repetitive combat, and the eeennndless sidequests and very few "main" missions all made it my least favorite of all the DA games. Plus the crap they pulled with having only half of it on the 360 and then making Trespasser only next-gen available. The graphics are beautiful, but damn is the rest of it a giant disappointment. I'm afraid of what to expect for Dragon Age 4.

Try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps. If you still cannot access the saves after that then I'm afraid you'll need to start over.
