D2 Final shape dlc and annual pass just disappeared but i still have the files and the receipt.

I bought and was able to download and install the final shape DLC in destiny 2. Is there a glitch possibly or something it's saying that I have to purchase it when I had done so? It shows that it is installed but when I am in the game and try to access the final shape it is telling me I have to buy it. I have not received an email at all and I checked the spam folder too. Otherwise, it would not have allowed me to pre-order if I didn't have the money. If any further information is needed like an order number or something, I can provide that. I just need to know what's going on because I haven't had that issue at all in the past. I have all the in game items and stuff but i cant do it anymore its like it took it back. I was on the first mission and it just took it away.

I don't think you can gifted the annual pass. Because you are required to purchase it in the destination screen of D2 (if you are trying to buy outside of the bundles)

I know this is a DLC for D2 but I kinda wish the story for Warmind was a bit a longer. I understand that its just a DLC but still.

I have already talked to bungie support, they led me to xbox support.
