D-pad issue

I have found multiple threads in the forums about the same issue. I have two of the 3.5 millimeter connector controllers with the same exact issues. It seems that the D pad works perfectly if you press the directional unnecessarily hard. However, it seems
that pressing it at a normal or what I would consider a normal pressure it fails regularly to register the press. Being that there are multiple threads on this issue I would say this is definitely a production problem with the units.

none of the steps fixed my issue, the issue sens to be with the controller internal parts

If it seems to be an internal problem with the controller, your controller needs to be replaced.

I know that is not the most convenient solution to your problem, but I cannot recommend opening your controller by yourself, but in any case, if you try to repair it by yourself or with a third party, breaking the seal will not void the warranty.
