D.O.B Wrong want to join xbox rewards

Hi there im trying to join xbox rewards and it says i can not join as im not at the right again but i was born in 1990 and i contacted xbox support and they say my age is right but wont help and sent me here please help me sort this out so i can join rewards

DoB change

Wish to alter the D.o.B on my rewards account, due to it sending me birthday email at the wrong time of the year, and my other microsoft acounts have the correct D.o.B

 

How do i change my D.O.B on my account?!

I need help! i dont know how to change my D.O.B so i can get into xbox live rewards because im 'too young'. any suggestions?

 

Your DOB that was entered when you created the account is what the program goes by. If you entered that incorrectly then there's nothing that can be done until the account reaches the age of requirement.

However, if you believe that the age was entered correctly then please post in the Rewards Support Forums so the support people there can help you out.
