D-Link (Modems/Gateways) D-Link DI-300: Why is Sony servers over twice as fast as MS servers?
You are all saying what i suspected. The speed is varying from region to region.

I know Sony servers is famous for being slow, so i must be the lucky one to get high speed there.

Xbox Live speed is good enough as i said.

I can download 10.GB each ~4 minutes on PSN, and it takes around 11 mins to download 10.GB on Live.

I get 100% line speed on Steam and Uplay too.

Battle.net is up and down. Social Club.. I think i got full speed there.

My ISP never liked complains about people not getting the speed they pay for, and is why they provide 520/520 instead of 500/500. Ping is always 3.ms.

3. When prompted type in the user name “admin” and leave the password field blank.
   
4. With the “Advanced” tab at the top selected, click on the “Firewall” from the menu on the left.
   
5. Click the radio button next to Disable.
6. Click the green Apply button towards the middle of the page.

That is strange. Usually it’s PSN that slower.

I'm guessing it varies by different regions and ISPs. The friends I have who live near me with Cable comment on the exact opposite issue. Other friends whom live in other states with Fiber, Cable, or DSL report PSN - some say PS is faster, others that Xbox
is faster, and others that they are nearly identical.

 

In our house the PS network is usually a little bit faster, but we only have one PS4 and we have three Xbox One S consoles: we’re pulling a lot less data from the PS network.

The difference is not very significant.
