Cyberpunk still not refunded!?!?!

I preordered the game cyberpunk the day ot hit the xbox1 stores. And a few days later I was sent an email saying it was refunded and to repurchase the game... well it's been months now and my bank account has never received the refund so I may repurchase...
I'm starting to get worried. I really want the game because it literally comes out on my birthday of all days. I could really use some help please.

Make sure you were charged when you originally pre-ordered. If you pre-order using a credit card/Paypal, you're not charged until within 10 days of the games release. So if you weren't charged when you originally pre-ordered, you would not receive a refund.
The order would have just been cancelled. You're only charged at the time of pre-order if you pay with your Microsoft account balance.

I was charged, but never received my money back for the refund. I've been checking my account for months now, I was kinda hoping this was just some error on the Microsoft play store, but when I go to click on the game it says I need to reorder it.. but
I shouldn't have to spend an extra 60 on it..

Same here, wont let me call cust service, then virtual help finishes by saying I need to call cust service! Back to aquare one! Now its a matter of principle, they need to honor they’re promise.

On xbox.com/refund select the info box about the cyberpunk refunds, and continue from there.
