When they say "department store", what they should have said is repair shop. You will be wanting to look for a computer repair shop that specializes in consoles.

Go to Google (or any other search engine) and type: "computer repair shops that fix xboxes" That should come up with plenty and, if you are lucky, will come up with something in your vicinity

This game takes me back to my younger years where we took our pocket money to go play at the arcade machines outside certain shops untill we eventually got our 8-bit "Family Computer"

So yeah, I might be getting this....
