Customise profile?

I am trying to change my daughters xbox picture to a unicorn. I have tried on Android chrome/bing but can't. I tried on xbox app and comes up with need to be an adult. Is there a way to do this. Surely asking for authorisation through email or Microsoft authentication app would be ok? Can you help?

Thanks for the reply. Is there any way we could suggest the possibility of having a parent authorising a picture. I would like to think that parents are responsible enough to vet appropriate pictures for thier children

Custom gamerpics or images are only available for adult Microsoft Accounts and sadly, there is currently no way to use a custom gamerpic on child accounts.

Go into your account profile / gamertag,

then select my profile

then select customise profile,

then select change colour.

If you want to disable seeing it on your profile go to customise profile in the profile section then go to disable avatar or something like wise

Yes, go to your profile and you can customise it there. It will cost you a fee.
