    I just want to complain... I called the other night and asked kindly for a refund for my Xbox live gold automated payment because for one I hadn’t renewed it and didn’t authorize the payment for two I haven’t used my Xbox live in a long while so why would
    I renew it, I spoke to Alfred who states he could not assist me with this matter and I asked for a supervisor, mind you I’m being VERY polite the entire time he says he will give my information to his supervisor to call me back in 10 to 15 minuets, do you
    think I recirculated a call? Of course not because I’m now typing this long complaint I’m very aggravated by this because I work in a similar field as your representative and wouldn’t do a customer that way not only that I have been an avid Xbox fan since
    the very beginning and now I get treated like crap, trust me if kids didn’t read this stuff it would be a lot of different language, Xbox needs to fix this issue as I’m sure there have been many representatives like Alfred and many other customers like myself

    CD Project Red is the best dev out there when it come to their business practices and their treatment to their customers. I am happy to support them and give them my money.

    There won't be a Gears Judgement Console. Gears 3 was the culmination of a trilogy by the Epic's leader development team with the full force of Microsoft marketing behind it. Judgment isn't being given the same treatment, so custom Xbox's controllers and
    other peripherals aren't happening. I have hope this will be an outstanding game, but looks like People Can Fly will have to prove themselves before their games get the red carpet treatment.

    Try calling again to get another rep, and demand to stay on the line in case they try to dump you. I normally don't trust callback promises, because I know the reps are going to be busy with other callers on queue.

    you can't refund month to month memberships it has to be 3months or over

    Also should. Be noted that you don't manually renew a subscription that's by nature of a subscription

    Once you purchase a subscription (not a prepaid card ) you AGREE to autorenewal and automatic payments it is up to you to cancel renewal Before the renewal date

    If you later add a prepaid subscription. It does not cancel autorenewal it online delays it

    I was unfairly banned and I know exactly why. I encountered a troll while playing an online competitive game. This guy was abusing a bug to cause players on my team to crash. I sent him messages telling him about the bug and to stop abusing it. After
    I crashed twice he sent me some smug emojis and I called him a [Mod Removed - Inappropriate]. I then reported him and explained the entire situation in the report. I was the one who got banned.

    Yes, I shouldn't have said that, and yes, I regret getting baited. But come on! Your policy says context matters and you look at all the evidence when banning. This feels more like an auto ban than anything else. And I can't even have it reviewed
    because it's only for 1 day... I've been a loyal Xbox customer for over 15 years. I deserve better treatment than this!
    It really does come down to, no matter what was said or done to start the situation. What matters is how you chose to respond. The evidence is that you chose to knowingly violate the code of conduct, wrongfully thinking "But he started it" is a valid defense.

    Also, there is no such thing as an auto ban, all reports are reviewed by enforcement agents.

    I sympathise with you as you were coaxed into reacting but in future you should just report and block anyone giving you abuse
