    Right, so i've just discovered that Microsoft has been incorrectly billing me for Microsoft Ultimate for four months now. I have logged into my account to see if there are any existing subscriptions and there aren't any - so I cannot cancel this recurring item. I can also not request a refund, despite these items showing up on my bank statement. I have tried to request a call back (but I am constantly getting something went wrong) because I feel that this is clearly a complex topic and I have attempted to talk to one of the live chat agents and unfortunately, that was not helpful. I have attempted to call MIcrosoft directly. Nothing. I cannot make any breakthrough with this and quite frankly it is an extremely poor customer experience.

    All I want is an end to the subscription, claim my refund and continue BAU. Why isn't that possible?

    If you're not getting the options to chat with support or request a call back, change your category/topic. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

    Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

    Step 2 ----Select See other options

    Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

    Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

    Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

    Ive tried it atleast 10 times in the last 24hrs and keeps saying the same thing, telling me to check my internet or this isnt working right now, try again later.

    I am having the same issue! The item was delivered and repair order tracking has not moved. Ive tried every which way to contact them. Phone calls and chat not active for this issue. Social media getting me no where...?! Is it possible to contact the repair
