Recalls are due to.safety NOT DEFECTS.

That's like the old.claims of 360 recall which are mandatory which it wasnt

It was extended by 3 years not recalled

also elite series 2 is covered for 1 year not 90dsys

Unless a console.or a controller catches fire om it's own there would never be a recall as defects is not a safety issue unless it causes a safety issue

i was told when i first called that my series 2 was under the recall for the defect

Try doing this

Clear your cache
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

Then try this removing update

Go to hard drive and highlight it and press LB RB X LB RB X and let the update reinstall. See if this will clear it up. And let me know how it goes

The case review doesn’t do anything. Every person that I have talked to has told me that their case review gets denied immediately. They get an automated email and that’s it. No actual communication from the enforcement team.

got the call back and was a big waste of time. A wonderful agent called, she answered all of my questions to the best of her abilities and couldn’t do a single thing because there is no way of contacting guideline enforcement. She didn’t even have access to view my suspension. So my question is how can I get in contact with someone who I can talk to to remove it? If the answer is that there’s really no way. Then what does that say about the brand and the enforcement team? I hope they reevaluate some things. They actually stopped me from playing my games just because they can and have no methods of communication for me to get my access back. I’m done with this.
