    Hi all,

    Just got off the phone with Microsoft customer support about my Series X preorder. It hasn't shipped yet as of COB on 11/6. They told me that the item will ship overnight on 11/9 to arrive on time on 11/10. She said that this is company policy and that ALL
    Xbox Series X consoles will ship overnight. Anyone else heard this? Because it sounds kind of ludicrous to me. I'll be happy if it's true, but I'm very skeptical about getting my system on time right now.

    It will be shipped when it’s shipped. It’s out of your hands and there’s not much you can do about when it arrives

    I don't know if it's accurate that it's company policy and that ALL will ship that way, but it's not impossible. Last time I preordered something from them they waited until the last minute to ship and I still got it the day of release.

    Products with strict release dates on pain of death like consoles or Apple products are often dropshipped on palletsto regional hubs early, and not unpacked and scanned into the system until the last minute to orevent premature delivery.

    This happens all the time.

    Last Saturday, Xbox Support tells me to reach Xbox Sales.

    Yesterday, Xbox Sales tells me to reach to Xbox Support.

    Today, Xbox Support, then tells me to reach the HW department.

    So far, this is how much I have spend to get this resolve

    • Saturday, 3 hours
    • Monday, 9 hours
    • Tuesday, 5 hours and counting ...

    Stupid Guardian Achievement!!!

    I just got a notification email telling me my new Xbox was shipped yesterday. I don't know where it is but the shipping information wont be updated until Monday afternoon. I might be able to help this Saturday.
