    Hello i bought a new xbox 360 in 2009 and after a few years it red ringed on me, so i save up and bought another new xbox 360 around the start of 2015. I have only had the one xbox gamer profile and i use the same email address as the first xbox 360. well
    i transferred all my old game licenses over to the new xbox 360 but 4 of them wouldnt transfer. Metal Slug 3, Soul and 2 different arkedo games. So over the past year i have tried 2 or 3 times to transfer the game licenses, all 2 or 3 times was on the phone
    with xbox customer support. we tried multiple different ways to transfer these game licenses but nothing ever worked. well yesterday i called xbox and tried to transfer the game licenses again was stunned to be told that not only do they no record of me ever
    calling in for help but i was told they have no record of me buying these games ! i explained to lady that i downloaded the games again to the new system and i can play them but only when im signed into xbox live, once i go offline the games wont do anything
    ( i used to be able to play them offline since i cant hook my 360 up to xbox live very often ) i explained to here that while i was talking to her i was on the xbox 360 website logged into my account and can look at my purchase history that shows the dates
    i downloaded the trials of these games and the dates where i bought the full versions of the games. She said her records dont show the purchases ! So asked how this is possible ? i can see the purchase dates but she a customer support member cant ? I even
    offered to let her log onto my account to see for herself but she said she couldnt. I send a screen cap of the xbox account website showing the dates and the email was bounced back... so i sent a video showing the dates not only on the website but the infor
    on my xbox 360 system and the email was bounced back. the lady said my record show only 4 purchases... but heres my history of full game purchases.

    I think i know where the hiccup is... see the pic above shows the xbox account website and all the full games i bought but when i log onto my microsoft account and look at the order history it says i have only bought these things...

    There is a glitch between the 2 websites were the xbox website lists all my purchases but the microsoft website only list like 3 or 4 newer ones. The microsoft account website is what the customer service lady was going by and she wouldnt look at the xbox
    account site info, wouldnt look at my emails or log into my account to see what i was reading on the xbox account site. I dont mean to make a big deal out of this. yeah i can play the 4 games every once in a while when i can go onto xbox live ( not very often
    ) and yeah its only like $17 worth of games but its the principle of the matter. i paid for these games, when my original 360 died i save up to buy another 360 to play these and my other downloaded games. I called asking for help from xbox customer service
    2 or 3 times thru out this year only to be told every time sorry " we dont know why they wont transfer... bye bye" and now some lady wants to tell me that ive never called and that i never bought these games ( or the ones that did transfer just fine ) She
    politely called me a liar and a person whos trying to pull something over on them ! u can see above my proof, u can go into my xbox live account and my microsoft account and see the differences... Now i would love to buy a few more games like deadlight and
    sate of decay but after all of this im kinda scared to buy digital copies of game incase for some reason something like this happens and im later called a liar that never bought the game. you see the proof, can i please get the licenses transfered or refund
    the credit i paid for them ?

    The only thing I can think of is something that has happened to me. I have two accounts that play on my systems. Mine and my sons. Have you ever had another account on your console? It could be possible that if you have, the other account purchased the games,
    which would mean that you would have to use that account to transfer the licence. This could also explain why it is not showing in the purchase history. I can not say this is the problem, but it is a possibility.

    Sorry, but this is something you would need to continue working with support on. Forum support, and us gamers, don't have the ability to affect licenses or refunds.

    Sorry to hear it. However, as this is strictly a billing issue you're going to have to continue dealing with phone support for it.

    I would recommend requesting for the issue to be escalated if they say that they cannot assist.

    The only thing I can think of is something that has happened to me. I have two accounts that play on my systems. Mine and my sons. Have you ever had another account on your console? It could be possible that if you have, the other account purchased the games,
    which would mean that you would have to use that account to transfer the licence. This could also explain why it is not showing in the purchase history. I can not say this is the problem, but it is a possibility.
