    Customer support problem


    Ive called customer support 3 times today and 2 of the calls were disconnected in the first minute. the other one lasted 45 minutes before disconnecting. i do not even get a call back from them and have to go back in the 90 minute line. it is getting ridiculous
    how incompetent customer service is with Microsoft. how am i ever supposed to get my issue solved? there is also no way for me to contact them directly so i just have to keep waiting

    Are you sure the controller has actually a warranty? If it says thar message, that means your serial number has no warranty on it. You can always try to contact the stoee where you bought the controller.

    Hi.

    When using the online service portal at
    http://devicesupport.microsoft.com     you need to register your Xbox One console first. Once that console is registered, you can replace an accessory (aka the controller) from there.

    Are you sure the controller has actually a warranty? If it says thar message, that means your serial number has no warranty on it. You can always try to contact the stoee where you bought the controller.

    If you're not getting the options to chat with support or request a call back, change your category/topic. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.
