i tried to get a call back from the customer service number but after the music stopped all i could here was some muffled talking as if i could hear someone elses conversation. has anyone had this issue receently? im just trying to enquire about getting
a refund for a game i bought and dont get along with whilst im still in the 30 day free trial period. thanks

That being said, if you are not able to find this charge in any of your accounts order history, Microsoft recommends contacting your financial institution for a refund because it seems that someone is using your payment method fraudulently.
