    Customer service disappointment


    I have never been more disappointed and disrespected by customer service, I myself have worked in a call center and know what it is like to work with others through costumer service. I called to get help with my subscription, hence I was having issues using
    Xbox LIVE services. The representative made me feel incompetent and felt as if she had no desire to assist me. Her replies where short and sarcastic. I believe I should be able to have assistance when something I pay for is not working. I felt as if I was
    being profiled and underrated. I will no longer be purchasing your products, and wish you will improve your systems and customers care over all. Very disappointed.

    Well, I'm a bit disappointed to have heard nothing, not even an acknowledgement email, from neither Alesis or DJ Kit.

    Just thought I'd leave my personal opinion on some great customer service from one of the X Box live support representatives named Joe, He displayed great customer service and support. He had a great attitude and was extremely knowledgeable when it came
    to account management and games in general. I would like to thank Joe sincerely for his assistance. I'd also like to hear what other good experiences you on a the community have to say. So sound off on the board below.

    Sorry this happened but we are volunteers in customers as well you may have to get in touch with support unfortunately we can't do anything here I hope everything goes smoothly

    So sorry for your trouble dear sir. In times like this, people are afraid and some times doesn't react the way you want them to. We all have to be patient and full of understanding. We live in times no one lived before. Try again with the custimer service.

    The forum area is nothing to do with customer services unfortunately.

    Whilst you received poor service I would direct you back to them as they would 1. Hopefully be able to assist with initial enquiry and 2. Be the correct place to raise an issue on the service given by original agent.

    Sorry we cant help further and hope you get the matter resolved.

    Personally, I would try to contact customer service again. I haven't really had any issues with Customer Service but if you're upset about it then you could try to explain the last call to the new Customer Service Representative and then try to get their
    help instead. I wish we could help you further.
