Customer service and getting absolutely no help with fc24

Well done xbox your customer service is non existent can't even get someone human to call or get support from. Been disconnected from fc24 for over a week and had absolutely zero help from your advisors. We pay rediculous amount of money to get absolutely mugged off with customer support which love sending you around in pointless circles. Two weeks with no contact what so ever

you would need to contact EA to troubleshoot your. connection to their servers

this issue is with connecting to EA servers, Microsoft have no way to fix this kind of issue as they do not operate the servers you connect to, you pay Xbox live just to get through the paywall, all third party games run their own servers which Microsoft has no access too.
