    Customer Loyalty Rewards


    Hi, I just want to start by saying I have been playing Xbox for years, since the original console was released in fact. I’m a huge fan of Xbox and I’ve spent countless hours over the past 10 years playing it. I’ve purchased a lot of controllers as well,
    and unfortunately they seem to wear down on me within about 5 months or so. I was curious to see if you guys could do me a solid as a loyal customer and get me a deal on the beautiful Elite Controller. It seems to be very durable and its extra features are
    creative and genius.

    I am looking to change my Gamertag using the rewards. I see that you can earn more reward points by doing different activties, but I was wondering since I've been a customer since 2009 if my Gamerscore or other customer loyalty points could be awarded to
    allow this action?

    Loyalty

    All companies value loyalty from their customers.

    The great problem is that many companies get customer loyalty but do nothing to try and retain it or come up with 'reward' schemes that give them the appearance of cheapness.

    It's that loyalty that makes people stick with a brand even though it may not be the best in the field at what it does. Just look at the mad loyalty that most Apple users seem to have to their iPhones.

    For Microsoft Loyalty Means Nothing

    Ps+ is a pay service and when psn was hacked they had to do something to appologize for the downtime this has nothing to do with loyalty, I feel you fundamentally misunderstand a loyalty reward. Xbox gave a few individuals systems for subscribing to live
    since the begining (loyal customers) ps gives a few free games for people who pay extra or who were not able to play online for a couple months (weither you were on psn for years or days you got the same reward) this is not a loyalty reward its an apology.
