    Hello out there, my question is rather simple and involves an Supervisor of Microsoft Directly who hung up on me after asking about "PAX 2010 Xbox LIVE ENFORCEMENT TECHNOLOGY" which is a direct video link sponsored on Youtube for all Public viewing at
    the following link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bhz9eTcL1h0 The video describes how Enforcement works.. oh and yes the Microsoft employee cusses multiple times throughout the video and puts down all individuals under his term of "Microsoft jail" So the
    question is simply this... Doesn't every Microsoft employee including Supervisors have a code of conduct they are required to follow? To answer that myself, Yes they do!.. so what do you do to report it?

    Now that's a tricky situation whereas they don't actually give a ticket reference to reports of Microsoft employee misconduct and they don't keep track of it either. Also what is the correct phone numbers and contact information to reach the correct department
    for these reports to be made?

    my Google search suggested a certain number that has an automated system that ask you for the employee name or to key in their name, however; all employees these days say they do not give out thier names or employee identification numbers for thier protection
    as per their policy.. And in the event you ask to speak to say the Chief of departments manager and give the exact name.. the system then responds saying there are too many like names that sound alike and that you then require an email assosiated to the individual..
    and then you are sent yet again on a wild goose chase and are unable to file the report properly with HR.

    My question is: How do you directly contact someone regarding the matter and collect appropriate consultation and proper customer curtisey without being randomly hung up on or transfered to the wrong department? The matter started with an Enforcement
    on my account: video link presently being uploaded to my Youtube channel, https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCek5PAlzh2a9RX36KqX5y2Q regarding what I'm experincing.

    Also why doesn't a category exist as per reports with Microsoft's website issues? or their department staff?

    Hi Jessue,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand you have questions on issues with the video. In regards, the video was at a public event, and about 10 years ago. If this was an issue, we are pretty sure Microsoft would have dealt with it at the time. As far
    as anything Enforcement, the only way someone can get in contact with them is through a case review. Even a support agent is unable to contact Enforcement. As this is something from over 10 years ago, i will be locking this thread. As policies, practices and
    even how enforcement works is subject to change. You can request a call from support agent if you have any further questions.

    When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    Unreasonable XBOX Live Communications Suspension

    Be honest how many of your live customers read the code of conduct.
    I don't think that's anything anyone here would know. None of us work for Microsoft either so they're not our customers.

    If that 1 message violates the code of conduct, then it warrants a suspension. It's that simple.

    All platforms have a code of conduct that is enforced but as a customer it is your choice as to which platform to use.

    Do note that a custom gamerpic needs to abide by the Code of Conduct to prevent it from being removed by the Emforcement team if reported.

    xbox customer service is atrocious

    Customer support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement.

    The quiz is there to make sure you are familiar with the code of conduct & is extremely easy.

    The answers are either in the code of conduct or on the enforcement site itself.

    If you hadn't of violated the ToU/CoC then you wouldn't of been suspended in the first place.
